For manufacturing insights, see our Black Soap Factory.
What is Moroccan Beldi Black Soap with Cucumber Scent?
In short, it is a traditional plant paste that lifts impurities and supports natural renewal. Moreover, the cucumber fragrance delivers a clean, spa-fresh touch. Therefore, it suits daily care, at-home hammam rituals, and professional spa or retail lines. To compare variants, explore our Chocolate Black Soap and Aker Fassi Black Soap.
How to use it — step by step
- First, warm the skin under lukewarm water for 2–3 minutes to soften it.
- Next, apply a small amount of Cucumber Black Soap to damp skin and avoid the eye area.
- Then, leave on for 2–5 minutes (or 1–2 minutes for sensitive skin).
- Afterwards, rinse thoroughly and exfoliate with a kessa glove using light, upward strokes — see AAD guidance.
For best results, use it 1–3 times per week. However, for a quick daily cleanse, apply, wait briefly, and rinse. Finally, finish with ghassoul/rhassoul clay and a few drops of argan oil.
Benefits at a glance
- Deep cleansing: removes buildup during your hammam ritual.
- Gentle exfoliation: prepares the skin for comfortable, effective polishing.
- Hydration & comfort: olive derivatives help reduce post-wash tightness.
- Fresh cucumber scent: a clean, invigorating aroma that feels light and pure.
Formats and private-label options

1) Does it contain cucumber oil?
By default, this variant is cucumber-scented (fragrance). However, on request, we can add cucumber seed oil. Conversely, for fragrance-only projects, we can supply a perfume-only option. In all cases, advise a patch test before first use.
2) Is it suitable for sensitive skin or for the face?
Yes, but avoid the eye contour. For sensitive skin, reduce contact time to 1–2 minutes and exfoliate gently once a week. In addition, perform a small patch test beforehand.
3) Typical INCI and “free from”
Typical INCI (may vary by batch or request): Aqua (Water), Potassium Olivate, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Glycerin, Parfum (Cucumber), Limonene/Linalool (from natural oils). Optionally: Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Seed Oil. For status and restrictions, consult the EU CosIng database.
Free from: animal-derived ingredients, mineral oil, parabens, and SLS/SLES. Vegan friendly.
