Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery windows are estimates once shipped. Remote areas may take longer.

Official DHL Shipping Terms (Contract)

All our international shipments are handled by DHL Express Worldwide, under our corporate agreement (Oriental Group).

• Delivery times: 2–6 business days to Europe, 4–8 days to North America, 5–9 days to Asia, 5–10 days to Africa, 6–12 days to Australia/NZ (estimates based on DHL zones).
• Rates: calculated according to DHL contract zones & weight (volumetric divisor 5000). Example: ~948 MAD (1 kg to France), ~314–559 MAD (1 kg to USA), ~575–830 MAD (1 kg to Australia).
• Surcharges: 10% monthly fuel surcharge, 250 MAD taxable service fee (+20% VAT), duties & taxes not included.
• Insurance: optional coverage available; please contact us.
• Restrictions: DHL does not accept shipments above 300 kg per piece or exceeding 300 cm in length.

These rates and conditions are extracted from our official DHL service agreement (valid until Dec 31 each year, subject to annual review).

Official UPS Shipping Terms (Contract)

All our international shipments can also be managed by UPS Express / UPS Saver / UPS Expedited, under our corporate agreement (Oriental Group – Ref. FAUPS 8205).

• Delivery times: 2–6 business days to Europe, 4–8 business days to North America, 5–9 business days to Asia & Middle East, 6–12 business days to Africa and Oceania (depending on UPS zones).
• Rates: calculated based on UPS zones & shipment weight (volumetric divisor 5000). Example: 0.5 kg ≈ 137–183 MAD (zones 1–4), 1 kg ≈ 158–314 MAD, 5 kg ≈ 388–1,017 MAD (depending on zones).
• Surcharges: monthly variable fuel surcharge, and additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-access zones.
• Insurance: optional coverage available on request.
• Restrictions: volumetric weight applies; maximum dimensions and specific rules vary by destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict these costs.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Address changes: possible before dispatch — contact us ASAP.
• Failed delivery: if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.
• P.O. boxes / Remote areas: some carriers cannot deliver — we’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
• Split shipments: to speed up delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost.

Packaging & Sustainability

We use protective packaging that’s recyclable whenever possible, minimizing plastic and avoiding excess filler while keeping your products safe in transit.
