FAQ — BioProGreen Vegetable Oils (manufacturer)
First, BioProGreen Aloe Vera Oil is a premium macerated oil made by infusing fresh Aloe vera gel into a light vegetable oil, then gently micro-filtering for clarity. Moreover, the infusion concentrates aloe polysaccharides, amino acids and antioxidants to deliver calming, moisture-locking care for face, body and scalp. Consequently, one versatile ingredient can power three ranges: Hair Oils, Skin & Body Oils and After-sun/soothing care. Finally, explore our Vegetable Oils collection.

1) Is it a pure aloe oil? What is the base?
Technically a macerate, Aloe vera gel is infused in a neutral vegetable oil (carrier) to extract lipophilic actives. Accordingly, the INCI lists both the carrier and Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract or similar; no artificial fragrance is added unless specified.
2) Which skin types benefit most?
All skin types, especially dry, sensitive or after-sun exposed skin. Additionally, the light texture suits combination and scalp-care routines needing non-greasy comfort.
3) What is the typical INCI and composition?
Typical INCI (may vary by base): Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil and/or Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Tocopherol. Naturally contains: polysaccharides, amino acids and antioxidants from aloe, plus vitamin E from the base.
4) Shelf life, storage and oxidation
- Shelf life: typically 18–24 months unopened; ~12 months after opening.
