2. Purpose of the BioProGreen Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions inform the client about the sales and delivery modalities of BioProGreen products, and define the rights and obligations of both parties clearly.

3. BioProGreen Terms and Conditions: Prices

• Prices are listed FOB and exclude shipping fees.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT; applicable taxes are determined at the order date.
• Prices may be modified by BioProGreen; any changes are notified before confirmation.

4. Account Opening (Resellers / Private Label)

For resellers or private label printing, account opening is subject to validation. The first order must be at least 5,000 MAD excl. VAT.

5. Orders & Delivery

• Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• A preparation period is required before shipping (weekends excluded).
• For exports, transit time varies from 4 to 15 days depending on destination and carrier.

Times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

6. Claims (Damaged or Missing Products)

In case of damaged or missing products, the client has 10 days from delivery to report the issue. Claims must be sent by email with photos and product details (name and price).

7. Liability

BioProGreen, within the scope of distance selling, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held responsible for issues inherent to the Internet (breakdown, virus, service disruption, etc.).

8. Shipping Fees

• Shipping is free within Morocco for orders above 5,000 MAD excl. VAT.
• For international deliveries, shipping costs are borne by the client.

9. Payment

All orders require 100% payment before shipping, using the methods accepted by BioProGreen. Shipping takes place after confirmation of the payment.

10. Taxes & Customs

For international orders, duties and taxes may be applied by the destination country’s authorities. These charges remain the responsibility of the client.

11. Personal Data
